Celebrating the Shakespeare way has been a tradition for Lake Tahoe for more than 25 years now. As a festival, audiences of large masses will spread out on sandy shores of the beach, bringing their picnic baskets as they are intent on theatrical performances onstage what is overlooking the blue waters of Lake Tahoe accompanied with the majestic scenery of the Sierra mountain range. The playbill usually consists of the classic tragedy, balanced with more light-hearted works of the genius Shakespeare.
